Eco-Friendly Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Our pricing is based on square footage of serviceable area and service, and our minimum service call is $150. You will be able to learn exact pricing through scheduling a free quote with us.

We recommend a professional deep clean every 12 months and a Sandless Refinishing every 3- 5 years. Also, the frequency of cleanings can vary based on level of foot traffic.

When the floor appears dull or has minute scratches in the finish, we would recommend our Sandless Refinishing. If there are bare spots or more severe damage, then we would recommend a full sanding of the wood floors.

If you could pick up any smaller items from the floor, we don't mind moving small furniture such as chairs or a sofa.  We do keep larger items in place such as bookcases.  

The floors are 100% dry after our cleaning treatment, so you can walk on them instantly, so your business isn't interrupted.
